Refund Policy

Our pieces are made after you place your order unless mentioned else-wise. Hence we highly recommend thinking twice before placing an order as returning your order would create an unsold inventory and further increase wastage.

 

Nonetheless, if you received a faulty order from us, you should request you an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ ichostudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Important to note that if you return your order, the shipping cost from your location to us will be incurred by you.
