Shipping Policy
ICHO ("we" and "us") is the operator of (ichostudio.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
GENERAL
We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all apparel on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different size ( subject to availability), a different product of the same or greater value or store credit of the billed amount.
SHIPPING, ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All orders placed with ICHO are shipped from our registered office in Delhi, India.
- ICHO offers international/ worldwide shipping on all apparel. The international shipping is calculated as per the country the order is being placed from and an estimated amount is shown while checking out.
- As soon you place your order with ICHO, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our place in India and will reach you within 15 days of placing the order in case of domestic orders. ICHO tries to ensure that international orders reach you in the same stipulated time, however, does not guarantee as such.
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
- The customer must provide a full and valid address and contact details. ICHO can’t and won’t be held responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details.
- Deliveries by our delivery partners will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday. We operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the studio will be closed. Covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented situation, and the nationwide restrictions might cause a delay. In such instances, we'll take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- All deliveries will be attempted 2 times, in case of the customer’s inability to receive the package the first time. The order is returned to ICHO if the order isn’t received by the customer on the 2nd time and additional fees would be charged for further shipping attempts. Please email us at helllo@ichopstudio.comin such cases.
- Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. ICHO will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end.
- In instances of receival of a damaged-in-transit package, please write us a mail at hello@ichostudio.com .
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
Since customs and duties collection differs in every country, they cannot be predicted- hence any additional duties or taxes charged by the government and thereby the courier company is deemed to be the buyer’s responsibility.
