What's recycled cotton?

Recycled cotton is cotton recycled using old garments, textile leftovers, post-industrial cotton fabric, and so forth. It requires fewer resources to produce recycled cotton, supports textile waste reduction and brings us closer to a circular and ethical fashion supply chain.

 

Are you using certified recycled cotton?

Yes, we source GRS-certified 100% recycled cotton. GRS stands for Global Recycled Standard which defines requirements to ensure accurate content claims, good working conditions, and that harmful environmental and chemical impacts are minimized. 

 

What are Azo-free Dyes?

Azo Dyes are synthetic dyes that adversely affect human health and the environment on a dangerous level. Azo-free dyes are free of heavy metals and other nasty stuff, making them more sensitive towards the planet and the people. 

 

What is your packaging made of? 

Our packaging comprises mailers made out of vegetable starch; they are bio-degradable + melt in hot water! You can trash them with your food waste.

They act as nutrients for the soil.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Depends, if you inform us within two days of placing the order then we'd be able to help. Nonetheless, if your order is packed + ready to ship then things do get tricky. In any case, we are happy to help, reach out to us at hello@ichostudio.com 

 

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

(Side-note: we’re not a fan of fast fashion) Within 14 days your order will be ready to ship. Shipping duration depends on where you’re shopping from. We ship all our pieces from India, so it could take up to 2-3 days for domestic deliveries and within a week for international deliveries. 

We will keep you informed if there are any delays from our end.

 

Will I be charged customs fees?

Depends where you're shopping from. ICHO doesn’t charge you anything besides the product price + shipping. Your local customs office should be able to tell you what these charges might look like for your order coming from us (i.e. India), if applicable at all.

 

Will you refund the shipping charges if my order is being returned?

We really wish that was possible, but we work with third-party shipping companies that help the pieces reach you, so even if your return order is eligible for a refund, we would only be able to refund the order value.

Important to note that if you return your order, the shipping cost from your location to us will be incurred by you.
